On 12th May 2021, Barbecue Finance conducted an AMA in the Crypto Library Community. Our guest BarbecueSousChef. Lots of questions as usual from the Community about Barbecue Finance progress. The Barbecue Finance team took part in a very interesting AMA session which included introductions, questions from twitter, and a live AMA session with the Crypto Library community. INTRODUCTION
Crypto Library Team : So, before we start the AMA could you please introduce yourself to our community?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : I’m barbecues’ chef. I’ve been in crypto since 2017 as the whole team where we realized that blockchain is the future. I personally have been working for other projects with blockchain since then until the team and I decided to recollect the best of them and create BarbecueSwap Finance.
FIRST SEGMENT (HOST)
Crypto Library Team : What is BarbecueSwap? And how the story/reason behind the BarbecueSwap creation?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : BarbecueSwap is a Decentralized Exchange, Yield Farming, and Staking platform on Binance Smart Chain (forked from PancakeSwap). Our goal is to achieve high returns with our pools and farms without having to over-issue and aiming for the long term by generating new and innovative developments in the DeFi ecosystem. As I said before, we all have worked in other crypto projects before but we were ok with how thing were doing because those projects were not sustainable over time. Thats why we created BarbecueSwap, to solve rentability problems for all people in a long term, during all time!
Crypto Library Team : What’s the reason why we have to choose BarbecueSwap from other project out there?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : I will say that the community we have is the most important thing! All these people get to know us in just a few days. If you join our telegram you will see it. Also, we are not just trying to give high APR for nothing, this must be a sustainable thing and that is where our main goal is. Not every Swap knows that and that’s the reason why they fail so quickly! After just 1 week we are launching the lottery, because we know the importance that has in our burn mechanism. And of course, we will not wait that long to launch other things we have in our Road Map!
Crypto Library Team : Could you provide some information about your Roadmap, and what are some achievements that BarbecueSwap achieved so far?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : Our next step in the Road Map is the lottery which will be launched this Friday! Then comes the Grill, NFT Market and Borrow & Supply section. Remember we already had a very successful presale (over 350% of what we were seeking for) and we have been audited. Also it is the gaming section which we are developing but we didn’t announce it yet.
Crypto Library Team : Please tell us about $BBQ token! What are the token utilities, price, distribution, and where we can buy it?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : By the moment you can buy it in our own platform or in pancake swap using the token address in not so long we will be listing BBQ in other exchanges:
With BBQ token you will be able to stake on our pools ans farms were you can have incredible APYs. Also, BBQ will be the token abailable to transact in our NFT marketplace and the gaming section. The price actually is about $2.6 and all this it’s about to come we belive price will rice much more! Remeber that on Friday we are launching the lottery and on sunday comes a huge burn!
Crypto Library Team : Could you give us an insight about the strategy and the future of BarbecueSwap?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : Our goal is to achieve high returns with our pools and farms without having to over-issue and aiming for the long term by generating new and innovative developments in the DeFi ecosystem. This is why we are creating so many different burn mechanisms such as the lottery, gaming, NTF market, fee pool, etc. This will turn an inflationary mechanism into a deflationary one and that’s the key for all of this which will allow us to have those incredible APR in a sustainable way forever!
SECOND SEGMENT (TWITTER)
Crypto Library Team : There is no project that can ever guarantee the 100% Safety & security of their platform, right? So what is your plan to do that?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : We have already successfully carried out our first Audit. We are on our way to the second. In addition to that we add extra security to the platform. Investor safety and confidence is priority #1. Also, the most important here is that all founds are safty in the blockchain, that is not something we must worry about. Remember that the website is just a petty face, and all the hard work is on the backend and in the blockchain
Crypto Library Team : What benefits do we get from the lottery on the barbecue platform?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : Not only the chance to get a wining lottery which will be awesome! Imagin wining all those BBQ! But also an done of the most importat things is that part of the BBQ invested in the lottery will be burn! This is part of the burning mechanism we are developing among other things that will come out later. The lottery will be more tastier than others. The idea is that the participants have a better chance of winning. In addition to that, we are going to add functionalities for investors to feel even more excitement. The lottery is the first of the many developments that we are going to launch.
THIRD SEGMENT (LIVE QUESTIONS)
Crypto Library Team : Why did you name your project BarbecueSwap? What does “BarbecueSwap” name means?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : So, the whole team we are not just random guys, we are friends who have been working together for a long time and making barbecues each time we join. We are barbecue lovers because that represents the confidence we have to each other and also the hard work we have been doing all this time! And that is what we are trying to transmit to people!
Crypto Library Team : Are you planning to promote your project in countries / regions where English is not good? Do you have a local community for them to better understand your project??
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : We are planning a global strategy. We saw that we have Holders from all parts of the world. Just to give you an idea, the country with the most presence has only 11% of total holders. This means that we are really diversifying all around the world. We already have Telegram groups in many other languages like French, Indonesia, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and they are more coming. That’s why we are planning a marketing strategy to involve people from all parts of the world.
Crypto Library Team : Is your project recommended by an existing big project or influencer or do you even have a great partner who fully supports this project?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : We receive Partnership proposals every day. At Barbecue we are demanding with partnerships. We want to make good and reliable partnerships. That they have healthy and strong tokens. And of course May the alliance help our community. It is about getting Parnterships that guarantee the growth of the project. We will have news very soon. And yes, with a very successful project in the ecosystem.
Crypto Library Team : Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to your project Because, who are still not in the crypto world they invest. What are the plans to increase awareness around in non-crypto space?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : Of course, Our platform is made so that you can invest easily. It is made to make new people feel comfortable and confident. In addition to this, and it is on our roadmap, we plan to integrate into systems outside the DeFi ecosystem. How are we going to do this? With partnerships. The plan is that you can buy BBQ with a debit and credit card. And of course follow your investments at all times and inform our investors about everything. Being transparent with everything.
Crypto Library Team : Right now issuing a token is a fairly simple process. However, building systems and ecosystems is the hardest part. My question is, how will the demand for tokens increase and how will this token be used in the ecosystem?
BarbecueSousChef (Berbecue Finance) : BBQ has been around for less than 12 days. We already have users all over the world who are happy with the growth of the project. The demand for tokens will grow as developments are generated. Remember that BBQ has a very strong policy of BURNING and DEFLATION. This makes any investor very tempting. The project will grow and so will the investors. Also, we Believe Blockchain is the future and thanks to POS technology we will be able to make our mission true! That’s why we have a great marketing team working every day to spread the news about BarbecueSwap Project! Some of these marketing actions consist of AMA, Youtubers, Influencers, Digital marketing, listing platforms such as Coingecko and Coinmarketcap, new exchanges, etc.
